The goods purchased by a Customer on e-shop www.undiciventuno.com are shipped to him the next working day after the Seller receives a payment for the order. Orders placed during the weekend or festivities will be processed the next working day.

Customer receives his order in 1-4 working days in the Lithuania, and in 3-7 working days in the rest of EU countries. Customer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
Orders are delivered to the customers in Lithuania and in all EU countries through the courier service DPD. Orders are delivered on working days until 4p.m.

The home delivery has a fixed rate of 4.50€ in all Lithuania (except Curonian Spit) and 12,00€ in the rest of EU countries. A delivery to the Curonian Spit has an additional cost of 20€ per pack, regardless the size.

If the Customer prefers to receive his order at DPD pickup point – delivery has a cost of 2,50 €. His order will be kept at DPD pick up point for 7 days and then returned to the sender.

The minimum order on the e-shop www.undiciventuno.com is 20.00€ in the Lithuania and 30.00€ in all other EU countries (excluded discount and cost of shipping).

In case of orders over 40,00€ in Lithuania and 120,00€ in other EU countries – the delivery is free of charge.

Once the pack is delivered, the Customer is invited to check if the package is intact and with no damages. Claims must be made to the courier and must be written on the parcel, specifying the problem, otherwise the package will be considered successfully delivered.
